The MemO Collective is an Algorand NFT community and gaming platform powered by the $MemO token. It includes a members-only Country Club, a Race Track, an Auction Block, and IRL rewards for holders of The Classic. It was formerly known as Members Only.

The project started as Members Only, an Algorand NFT collection. After launching the $MemO token, it grew into a full member-owned collective with its own economy and utility — so it rebranded to The $MemO Collective to reflect what it had become.

$MemO is the native token of The MemO Collective on Algorand (ASA 885835936, 6 decimals). It powers arcade games, raffles, the vending machine, staking, racing, and rewards across the collective.

The Country Club is the social and gaming hub — where members hang out, play country-club games like golf and tennis, run missions, compete on leaderboards, and earn $MemO.

The Race Track is where members race their Dapper Dogs and Racing Champs NFTs head-to-head and stake $MemO on the results. Racing attributes are tied to the NFTs and can be upgraded.

The Auction Block is where members bid on rare NFTs, traits, and exclusive drops using $MemO.

The Classic is the flagship collection and the key to real-world (IRL) member rewards. Holding The Classic jackets qualifies you for physical perks and benefits as the program rolls out — long-term holders move to the front of the line.

Everything runs on Algorand — fast, low-fee, and carbon-negative. Members connect with Pera Wallet to authenticate and play.

MembersOnly is the private club layer of the $MemO ecosystem — the digital clubhouse where members connect wallets, play games, race dogs, complete missions, enter raffles, bid in auctions, earn badges, and build reputation. $MemO is the token. The $MemO Collective is the community. MembersOnly is the club. Algorand is the home.

Dog Racing turns NFT dogs into competitors with upgradeable attributes: Speed (get the jump), Strength (push forward), Luck (better chances), Agility (avoid setbacks), Endurance (cooldown & recovery), and Adaptability (larger races). Dogs build history, earn EXP, and climb leaderboards, with $MemO in the game loop.

Badges are proof of participation — tracking holding, collecting, playing, missions, LP support, and showing up. In most communities history disappears in chat; in MembersOnly, history becomes reputation that recognizes the members who help build the ecosystem.

The vending machine offers arcade-style prize pulls. Missions are quests and campaigns that guide members and earn rewards. Raffles are community prize events with ticket entry and NFT/ASA rewards. The trait swapper lets members customize NFTs and evolve their metadata and rarity over time.

The Discord bot is the community's interactive layer — game host, race official, and auction helper — being built toward a gatekeeper for roles, badges, and recognition. Gatekeeper 5000 is its personality: part game host, part bouncer, part announcer.

The Vault is a planned private area where members can unlock gated drops, files, early access, and special content based on wallet status, badges, NFTs, or participation. It's part of the roadmap vision rather than a fully live feature.
